So often in our day to day grind do we walk past true art on the side of buildings and roads. The art form of graffiti has been around for so long and taken so many forms that many of the people that viewed it as the antechrist of urbanism have changed their tune.

As much as graffiti is a part, albeit subtly, of our lives as the ‘youth’ of today, so to are arcade games. Whether you grew up on Nintendo 64 or have played nothing but X-Box the link and impact of these devices in our lives is undenialble.

These two formats have been merged by modern day art and culture enthusiasts who have transformed street art from merely wall throw-ups and have brought back the platform of the classic arcade game to modernity.

Deluxfluxx is the name. A gallery just opened in New York, a continuation of the London exhibit, merges Street art and the classic arcade machine in perfect unison! Pure joy for any fan of either platform.
