Be Famous :: Wear what you want

Hello all.

It’s Wednesday, it’s midweek, it’s basically the weekend, it’s a long weekend. So many reasons to celebrate! Plus I just won a R500 voucher from Sportscene so my day has officially been made

Anyway today I was having a browse at the Vanity Fair best dressed people list. This is obviously something that fashionistas hold their breath for, whose style is being recognised and loved. I’m starting to realise that once you’re famous you can wear anything you like. Prime example is the artistic director of Lanvin, Alber Elbaz. Here is a man who has designed some of the worlds most beautiful clothes and yet he dresses soooo strangely. Now I am not one to judge alternative fashion and we all know how I love bows but this is a bit much isn’t it?

Anyway who am I to be insulting a man of such stature? Well not insulting, just questioning. But still. I get it, big bowtie is your trademark piece, but should it be…?
