The last and coolest TREE PARTY of 2011 – Cool as Folk 3, Greenpop party will kick off at 8pm on Saturday, 12 November will have your feet tapping till 3 the next morning, with the hottest line up Cape Town has to offer.

About the Party

Cool as Folk parties are about more than jumping up and down and waving your arms like

you just don’t care (although we encourage lots of this too). This time we do want you to care. Cape Town’s environmental social-enterprise Greenpop is determined to make greening and caring for our environment fun, inclusive and tangible so that everyone can make a difference… and have a great time doing it. Their motto:

Your R40 (or R50 after 10pm) will help send Greenpop to COP-17 in Durbz – one of the most
important international gatherings our nation has ever seen. The future of the world’s forests,
industries and environmental well-being will be discussed during the last week of November and
all of us need to rally together to promote decisive agreements and ACTION – stop with all the
talking already, let’s start DOING!

Go to Webtickets, search for Cool as Folk at Assembly and choose the GREEN TICKET option,
Greenpop will then plant a tree on your behalf and send you a Tree Certificate with your tree’s
GPS coordinates.

Skip the queue: You can also choose to buy a Green Ticket at the door for R115 (includes your sponsorship of a tree). This will allow you to skip the queue and enter through the ‘Green Door’
