Rhino poaching has become a serious problem and there have been serious efforts to raise awareness of the problem. A Port Elizabeth based street artist by the name of Faktor decided to use his trade as a away to raise some awareness and the piece is pretty awesome! The piece was pasted up in Stanley Street, Port Elizabeth.

Check out this truly astonishing series of colourised photographs from Sanna Dullaway. Sanna took some of the world’s most famous black and white photographs and colourised them, the results are amazing and bring them to life in a whole new way. Check it out!

I’m not really sure what to say about this latest attempt at upping sales by a bike rental company called Stason Bothers. The sexually charged ad features booze, bikes and some scantily clad models using the merchandise in a way I’m sure would be frowned upon by most competitors. Check it out after the jump!

I’m having Nando’s today, just for this..

I managed to watch a bit of this documentary this morning and I certainty plan on finishing it later today. It’s an amazing look into a first of it’s kind art mural project that took place in Rochester, NY in July 2011. The great thing about it, is the project featured four leading artists from Cape Town (Faith47, Freddy Sam, Mak1one, Dal). It’s brilliantly shot and is definitely worth a watch.

This is a pretty amazing use of a not so common art medium, English designer Vinti Andrews, has constructed a new series of custom dogs made out of classic Nike sneakers. Check them out after the jump!
