Believe :: A Street Art Documentary

I managed to watch a bit of this amazing documentary this morning and I certainty plan on finishing it later today. It's an amazing look into a firs- of-its-kind public art mural project that took place in Rochester, NY in July 2011. The great thing about it, is the project featured four leading artists from Cape Town (Faith47, Freddy Sam, Mak1one, Dal). It's brilliantly shot and is definitely worth a watch.

From the video credits

‘A short documentary which chronicles a first-of-its-kind public art mural project which took place in Rochester, NY in July 2011. The project involved local artists and a group of four artists from Cape Town (Faith47, Freddy Sam, Mak1one, Dal), SA who shared their talents. Several murals were painted in hopes of inspiring the Rochester community. This privately funded project was sponsored by the Synthesis Collaborative, a Rochester-based nonprofit, and has been provided for online viewing by Ian Wilson, co-founder of The Synthesis Collaborative and producer of the documentary.’
