So checkit, I managed to catch up with the creative director of Undacova underwear on the verge of their travels to represent South Africa in Angola where they’re taking part in the biggest fashion & beauty show to be held on the African continent to date. South African legend Jan Malan is producing it and he’s taking with him 20 of the hottest designers in the country.

This is Simon Deporres’ second event where they sell all their clothes in one space for one day so that you don’t have to mission around the city to find it. This is an opportunity for you to come pick up some clothes, hangout, have a drink and meet the brains behind the brand.

Today I stumbled across probably the coolest skateboards I’ve ever seen. They use aluminium decks instead of board which allows this kind of customisation. They haven’t actually launched yet as far as I can understand, but 2011 should show us some exciting ideas. I’m sure the skaters out there are going to say that these boards proper or whatever but they’re pretty so that’s good enough for me.

It occured to me though that while some of you out there know and love André, there are others asking “who the hell is André?”, they’re thinking that they used to know an André back in Stellenbosch but that’s probably not the same guy. For those of you who are confused but too afraid to ask I’ma lay a little about Andre on you and hopefully spread this shoes colab excitement a little further.
